Fix support for debian platform_family

Without this the service won't start

Purely attribute-driven ossec.conf and agent.conf

It probably goes without saying that this is a totally breaking
change. It is so far removed from the previous approach that I do not
think it is worth trying to migrate existing users as almost all of
them would have written their own configuration files anyway.

Unfortunately Gyoku cannot pretty print its output at present. This is
pending a long-standing change to Builder.

lsb-release is pre-installed on the Debian basebox but wasn't present
on our production servers. Ohai uses it to set the
node['lsb']['codename'] attribute.

…instead of from source. Unfortunately there are no packages currently
available for Arch.

A missing or empty agent_server_ip attribute or client.keys file now
prevents the service from attempting to start. See the README for
details.

WUI is apparently unmaintained, unsupported and somewhat buggy. It
also lacks up-to-date packages, probably for that reason. Alternatives
such as LightSIEM have been suggested.
