1. Due to differences between passing options directly as an Array and
   picking them up from a Hash options were not being generated in the
   global template for path declarations.

2. Add chefspec and inspec test cases to catch the above.

1. Remove attributes
2. Remove recipes
3. Replace default recipe with package and global resource
4. Enable unified_mode on all resources.

Issues found and resolved with: resources/app.rb

 - 17:1 warning: ChefDeprecations/ResourceUsesOnlyResourceName - Starting with Chef Infra Client 16, using resource_name without also using provides will result in resource failures. Use provides to change the name of the resource instead and omit resource_name entirely if it matches the name Chef Infra Client automatically assigns based on COOKBOOKNAME_FILENAME.
